It is not intended as 90 days of heavy use. You are welcome to test your product thoughtfully, but it must remain in the same as-new condition in which it arrived to qualify for a money-back return.

Your product must return in the same condition in which it was received. These simple precautions help protect both your product and your eligibility.
- Place protective padding beneath the bath to prevent scratches.
- Keep it covered and protected from sun, weather and other natural elements.
- Do not drill, alter or permanently modify it, including installing lid buckles.
- Retain every piece of original packaging for safe return transport.
Return freight
Your care continues until it reaches us.
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you. You are responsible for choosing suitable, preferably insured bulky-goods freight and for the product arriving safely and in the required condition. Transit damage on the return journey remains your responsibility.
There may be occasions when we can assist with return arrangements, but this cannot be guaranteed. Contact our team before booking freight if you would like guidance.

Yes. You can test it carefully while preserving its as-new condition. The guarantee provides time to make your decision; it does not cover wear from extended or heavy use.
Our products are large and require purpose-designed packaging for safe transport. A return without all original packaging cannot be approved under the guarantee.
No. Free shipping means the charge was not added at checkout; Element still paid the carrier. That original cost is deducted from a money-back return.
Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary change-of-mind benefit offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described, Element will provide the remedy required by law. The conditions and deductions outlined on this page apply only to returns made under this voluntary guarantee and do not limit your statutory rights.
